For investment properties we do the price search according to market conditions and physical condition of the property.
If the property needs remodeling, repairs, construction projects, then we obtain various proposals. We supervise the job and do final inspection of the project.
We start marketing the property. If the property rented or leased we will do tenants eligibility and qualification process. This involve credit and criminal background checks.
Once the property is rented, we take care of the owners and tenants. We do inventory, collect the rent and deposit in Owner's bank account monthly, enforce the rules and regulations as needed.
We provide a monthly personalized report to our clients, where they can verify their account.
In case of non rental payment, we start an eviction process which includes giving the 3 days notice, the eviction summons and the eviction itself.
